Dr. B and her staff are professional, caring, supportive and all around good people. During each and every visit and for each request for information I am treated with respect. Dr. B is thorough and always gives a 100% to ensure I am comfortable with all my treatments, required medical tests and frequent lab work-ups. I never doubt that my health is in good hands. Dr. B keeps herself updated on new medical treatments. She is smart and thorough. Kim and Patti also provide a lot of TLC as well as appropriate medical advice and keep Dr. B informed on the medical problem. On occasion there might be a long wait time to see the doctor, but one knows it is because she is taking thorough care of each patient. The ladies in reception are courteous and helpful even during long waits. The whole team works long hours to ensure that all patients have the best care possible. They never brush off my concerns and are considerate of my demanding schedule. You are not just a number in the line of sick patients. Many thanks to Dr. Baksh and her team. |
