Totally opposite of what I've experienced with Dr. Mentz's office. In fact, on my very first consultation appointment I had an emergency arise that would keep me from meeting my appointment time that I had scheduled almost a month earlier. They were completely understanding and rather than make me wait another month for an appointment, allowed me to come in 2 1/2 hours after my scheduled appointment and even with having to work me in between patients, I did not have to wait very long to see the Dr. I was very apprehensive about plastic surgery and Dr. Mentz, as well as his patient coordinator, Lupe spend lots of time with me explaining in detail the procedures, risks, recovery, etc. At no time did I feel pressured to 'buy'. The office felt very calm and professional on my visits. Everyone was extremely professional and caring. I researched Doctors for quite some time prior to making a decision on Dr. Mentz. I'm looking forward to my surgery in two weeks.
