Yes, I have seen this happen. She has a lot of reviews that give her a very low rating, and then I see a perfect review. I guess its possible that she has a select few that she actually does spend time with and really tries to help them. I suppose she does need at least a few people to come back, but even so, I doubt it's those people writing the glowing reviews. they seem too well placed, it seems like the reviews are being placed to counter act the bad reviews.  I think she makes money off of a few people that she likes and then makes more money with her publications that lure first timers into her office, she has has her own special way with these people...My sister was one of those people. I can only tell you my point of view because I went to one of her appointments with her. The doctor is a snob.. She had us waiting in the office for hours. My sister was in the back room for several hours. She told me she wasnt seem by doctor more than a few minutes.
