Well I was just sharing my experience. And no I was not offered anything, as a matter of fact i find that very offensive that you would suggest that I am even that type of person. You are right this is an unofficial site that is intended to inform people. So why do you find it necessary to belittle those who have had a pleasant experience? Leave your information about what you went through. But please try to take out your frustration with the doctor out on his other patients. As I have said before there are risks with every surgery whether its major or minor surgery. Inform yourselves with information and see if elective surgery is worth the risk or not.

Pebbles86 & Itis: I thank the both of you for first posting to this site and second sharing your experiences and the truth which is, exactly what I have gone through. The comment about his sister obsessed with $$$ and rude, after they receive your $$$ it's a done deal - staff becomes very impatient and unprofessional. And also, your procedure comes out horrible or not effective as you were TOLD it would be - to me that's a verbal promise which by law is a verbal agreement. My experience was just as bad - if only I found this site earlier I would of never went along with it. I got the abdominal lipo/flanks and it looks like nothing was never done. It's been 4 months now and no results. The facility where it was performed looked like the nurses were in training...it took 5-6 hours for the procedure and recovery before leaving the facility. I had plenty of surgies with anesthesia and never had trouble to waking up or feeling awful...the person who was with me thought I was going to die...they were so afraid and didn't understand why it took so long for me to wake up from it. As a patient, we should have rights to fight for what's right. As doctors, it's should be right to be honest and not take advantage of your patients with abuse or money. If you truly know that the procedure was not to the patients satisfactory or yours (being a medical professional), then you should either have some sort of reimbursement plan or second recommendation to another doctor (if the patient loss your trust). And if were to follow this, you would have less chances of being sued for accusations.

I just want partial or all my money back...I don't care about any contract that was signed...I have been mentally and physically abused and I want what's mine. DOCTOR'S WORD OF ADVICE...JUST BE FAIR AND HONEST...MONEY IT'S EVERYTHING...BUT YOUR RESPECT SHOULD BE!!!
