I do not have a problem with the dentist's assistants and/or the dentists. The problem is with the employees who run the front desk and handle appointments. In two ocassions, regardles of having the appointment card with the date on it, after rushing from work to their office (I work downtown) I was told by the clerks at the front desk that I could not being seen because I did not have an appointment. They could not even find my name in computer and then they said the last time I was there was in 2003. And I go for cleaning every 6 months. I will not be back to this office and Dr. Welch and his associates should be aware of the way those clerks are treating his patients. |
