I WAS AN EXTERN AT FRANK FALOWSKI'S SITE FOR THREE WEEKS AND HE IS A VERY SHADY PERSON. HE WAS VERY RUDE TO PATIENTS AND I WOULD HAVE TO APOLOGIZE TO THEM. HE WOULD ALWAYS COMPLAIN ABOUT SOME GIRL NAMED ANTWONETTE THAT USE TO WORK FOR HIM AND SHE WOULD STEAL CPR CARDS AND MONEY FROM HIM. IDK THAT MAN IS A NUT CASE. HE PAYS HIS EMPLOYEE'S UNDER THE TABLE WHICH IS ILLEGAL LAST TIME I CHECKED. I FEEL SORRY FOR THE TWO GIRLS THAT WORK FOR HIM NOW BECAUSE THEY'RE DOING ALL THE WORK IN THAT OFFICE AND ARENT GETTING PAID WHAT THEY'RE SUPPOSE TO BE GETTING PAID. HE DECIDED TO TELL MY EXTERN COORDINATOR THAT I WAS BOSSING THE TWO GIRLS THAT WORK FOR HIM AROUND. I DONT KNOW HOW AN EXTERN WHO'S NOT GETTING PAID BOSSES PEOPLE AROUND BUT HEY WHATEVER FUCK HIM I WOULD NEVER WORK FOR THIS PSHYCHO. AND HE SMELLS REALLY BAD LIKE HE DOESNT WASH HIS ASS. HE MAKES SEXUAL JOKES THAT ARE NOT FUNNY. HE IS VERY DISGUSTING. I WILL CONTACT THE IRS CAUSE EVERYTHING HE DOES IN THAT OFFICE IS ILLEGAL. HE MAKES MA'S READ XRAYS AND TAKE THEM WHEN THEY ARE NOT XRAY TECHNICIANS. HIS SO CALLED 'PSHYCIALS' ARENT PHYSICALS AT ALL...I THOUGHT A DOCTOR DOES PHYSICALS ALL HE DOES IS HEIGHT, WEIGHT AND TEMPERTURE I THOUGHT PHYSICALS CONSISTED OF MORE...I WOULD DO ALL THE PHYSICAL AND ALL THE PATIENTS LOVED ME...I FEEL SORRY FOR THE PATIENTS THAT ARE TAKING HIS NULLSHIT ASS CNA CLASS HE TELLS THEM YOU KNOW YOU DONT HAVE TO GO TO SCHOOL TO BE A CNA ANYMORE WHICH IS A LIE YOU STILL HAVE TO GO HE SELLS THEM A BOOK FOR 100 THEN MAKES THEM COME BACK SO HE COULD TEACH THEM...HE GOT ARRESTED IN 2007 FOR FRAUD...IF YOU GOOGLE FRANK FALOWSKI THERE'S NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS MAN...HE WILL GO DOWN BECAUSE KARMA IS A BITCH!!!

THIS MAN IS SUCH A SCAMMER HE HAS MOVED HIS OFFICE AGAI THAT HAS TO TELL YOU SOMRTHING ABOUT THIS MAN AND THE SERVICES THAT HE ARE GIVING. I WORKED WITH ANTIONETTE SHE WAS ONE OF HIS BEST EMPLOYEES SHE DID EVERYTHING THAT HE ASKED AND MORE. SHE KEPT THIS MAN OUT OF SO MUCH TROUBLE(AND HE STAYED IN A LOT OF IT) SHE EVEN HELP THIS MAN GET OUT OF HIS TAX PROBLEMS. HE IS A PIECE OF SHIR THAT ONLY CARES ABOUT HIS SELF, HE WAS WILLING TO LET HIS WIFE GO TO JAIL 4EVER FOR THE SHIT THEY BOTH DID.SOON THAT PLACE WILL BE CLOSED DOWN AND EVERY ONE WHO RECIEVED ANY SERVICES FROM THEM ARE CRAZY BECAUSE THEIR CERTIFICATES ARE NO GOOD. I HOPE THIS MAN GETS WHAT HE DESERVES FROM EVER ONE HE DID WRONG. HE TAKES TAXES OUT OF TOUR CHECK AND NEVER PAYS IT TO THE IRS THATS WHY HE TRIES TO PAY UNDER THE TABLE. I HOPE THEY PUT THIS MAN AWAY FOR A LONG LONG TIME.

omg this is unbeleivable, I had seen this guy about a year ago in 2010 because I had no insurance and was refrred to him by one of my friends who had been going to him for months. Thank God I have never let that men touch me only got prescriptions from him. Because I knew something was wrong when I had went 3 times to see him and both times they said that they couldn't find my records and had tried to make me pay extra and I had to put my foot down, telling them hell no I have been her before but that didn't register as being bad to me, and when I had an appointment they had to cancel it telling me that the doctor was unable to make it, I was like whoa ok, what about the other doctor because I have seen 2 doctors there. And when i finally went in I saw some women Sharon and she's the one that had to write my birth control prescription because I never had a problem bying them at walmart but i was curious as to why all of a sudden the dr frank was not in office but another office in deerfield and Sharon had to take over, thats what she told me and I was like ok w.e. I just need my prescription. But I need them again and I kept calling the office and it kept saying that the person is unable to accept call and I was curious as to why happened and was trying to find Sharon other number but thats when i found this. WOW.
