Dr. Robertson is caring and actually listens. She is very stingy with providing medication if she thinks you may get better on your own. Her administrative staff is not very helpful. After scheduling an appointment for a follow-up after being released from the hospital I had to wait two days to see her and when I showed up 5 minutes late the administrative staff turned me away. I have been a patient of that office for two years. |

Our office prides ourselves on our same day appointment availability and no wait times in our waiting room. To keep this outstanding service, we expect our patients to be on time for their appointments. The patient (erf) writing this comment was actually 15 minutes late for their appointment, which was their entire appointment time that day. Our doctors & staff have exceptional service and will go above and beyond for our patients!!
