Dr. Eugene Shmorhun has the worst 'bedside manner' of any doctor I've ever known. His approach to patient care is to expect the patient to cater to his 'needs' rather than helping the patient to understand that he, the doctor, is there to serve his patients. Despite the excellent attitude and manner of his partners (Dr. Vanessa Peyton and Nurse Practitioner Cathy Tong), he has learned nothing from them in this regard in the many years my family has been coming to their practice. Unfortunately, the abrupt and rude manner of their boss has rubbed off on many of his administrative staff, too.
