I do not know about the other peoples comments everyone has a right to their opinion and I respect that. But I have been a patient of Dr. Ruiz for over eleven years and not once have I ever in the eleven years had a problem getting an appointment. I had to have major surgery and Dr. Ruiz's office discovered an infection that the hospital missed, it would have endandered me to have surgery so they treated me for it. I thank them so much for that, when my husband had a catistrophic injury and was in the hospital for weeks and in rehab, Dr. Ruiz was there everyday, he answered every question I or my children had, and my husband was not able to eat but he was fed intravenously until he was able to eat solid food and did not lose weight. Dr Ruiz has always treated my husband and I with compassion. As far as his staff, yes alot of times you will be put on hold, but they are not rude, not ever.I can not count the times that I have called their office and received help, and moral support. I have moved 2 counties away for a few years and I still contnue to drive to Dr. Ruiz's office.I trust him to always give me the answers I need and if not he will recomend someone who can. I have had some truly horrendous, uncaring Doctors,with terrible office staffs, I truly appreciate Dr Ruiz and his staff for everything they have done for me and my husband.Thanks to them my husband and I both are still living. |
