This M.D. makes unfounded assumptions about patients and records these in the Medical Record of the patient. She assumed that there was no injury and patient wanted to go on long term disability even though this was debied. Refused to order investigations, despite requests. When confronted, walked out of the examination room. Later ordered a CT of neck. No report received. Saw her in Walk-in clinic 7 mos later and was told C.T. was normal. One month later got a copy of report from my lawyer and it said there was bulging of 2 discs contacting the spinal cord and flattening the subarachnoid space. Then she pressured new GP in same clinic to resign from the patient's care.

Dispassionate, uncaring, and unethical.
