Dr. Parker is extremely accessible, approachable and attentive. The office staff and nurses are also very friendly and quick to assist you with any concerns. Any time that you or your child needs to see a doctor, they are quick to fit you in, often on the same day that you call. At the office, I have never waited longer than 10 minutes to see the doctor, and often my wait is only a minute or two. All of the employees take the extra time to talk to the children and really show interest in what the children have to say, making the office a happy place to visit, even with children who are unwell. Dr. Parker and her colleagues all take the time to fully listen to your concerns and ask insightful questions to help get the full picture of what is going on. They are quick to consult with each other when needed, and they also refer you on to a specialist at the slightest sign that there might be a need for more in depth investigation. The level of care that the entire office provides is amazing, and we feel incredibly lucky to have access to their care here in Ayr. |
