dr. merker doesnt give you the time of day. you wait 2-3 hours and you are lucky to get 5 minutes with him. you cant talk to him. his receptionist is very rude, lost some impt. papers i sent her which she at first claimed she received , then later said she didnt and then hung up on me. i was livid. dont even think about calling the office you wont get through, the number is constantly busy. i am an insulin dependent diabetic and i need to be able to speak to my doctor. its nearly impossible. i will certainly be looking for a new endocrinologist. i cant deal with merker and his office. im through, they make my blood sugar go sky high with their unprofessional and disrepectful cold ways.
