I've been going to Dr. Bull ever since I was a baby puppy. He has always treated me very gentle and competent and was right on with diagnosing a torn cruciate ligament and dislocated patella even before the x-rays were made. Very impressive! The surgery was done exceptionally well and I even stayed for aftercare when my mom had to go to Germany for 2 weeks. Everyone in the office spoiled me and I was quickly healed up and good as new. I would not go anywhere else to get treated or diagnosed. Whether it is an upset stomach or wound treatment after recently getting into a raccoon fight - he is the best in getting me back up and running. He is not only very competent but very funny too - puts us right at ease! I definitely recommend him to all my friends. Woof, Lilli  |

I have known Dr. Bull from when he used to work on horses, I think you must be talking about another vet, or maybe your cat was on the verge of death. I also know his wife who is an ardent animal lover, they have both rescued many animals over the years. I know how hard it is to lose your pet, believe me, but things happen and the fact that the cat survived the surgery and did not die until a month later tells me that your cat died from something else. We all lose pets, but very few of us take out our anger on the great vets that take care of them. I am sure Dwyatt was sorry your cat died, but I am sure he was not responsible. You should retract your comment. |

I am sorry to hear about your cat. Surgery is a risk for animals and humans. My experience with Dr. Bull has been fantastic. As has the experience of my friends and family who have used him through illnesses, surgeries, chemo, heart worms, trauma, and unfortunately, euthenization. He is compassionate, knowledgeable and very caring to the animal and the owner. I am deeply sorry for your loss, but I don't think it is fair for anyone to take their anger or grief out on a wonderful vet. Dr. Bull is the only vet my dear Oliver will visit. I've tried other vets, and no one has impressed me as much as he does. His staff are wonderful, too. He is always available 24/7 for emergencies and if you board there, the staff on call live in the house upstairs. Again, I am sorry for your loss, losing a pet is a horrible experience.

Partly this is in reference to a previous post I can see how things can go wrong, I can see how a doctor could make a mistake and I can also see how it is easier to blame someone rather than maybe facing other facts. To botch a surgery you have to be incompetent and Dr. Dwyatt Bull is not one of those doctors. He has seen all my pets for over 15 years and all my pets live very happy lives thanks to him. I am grateful to him for the peace of mind that my pets are well taken care. I have referred many friends at every report back has been a positive report. I would not use any other Vet. but Dr. Dwyatt Bull.

Dr. Bull has been taking care of my pets since 1998. He is the best vet I have ever encountered. He is compassionate and spends a great deal of time covering all options and risks associated with those options. My two cats and two dogs love Dr. Bull and his staff as well. He saw me through having to put my Sheltie down at 14 years of age. I know it is difficult when your pets get older and start having issues. I currently have two cats that are 17 years old. They are both having issues and I trust Dr. Bull completely. Five years ago, we moved almost 20 miles north but I still continue to bring my pets to Dr. Bull in Boca. You won't find a more caring, compassionate, competent vet anywhere. |

Dr. Bull has been my dog, Sparky’s, vet for over thirteen years. Through these years, I have always held a very high regard for Dr. Bull’s competency and decision making concerning the health of my dog. Sparky is a diabetic and has also had his share of health issues, and I always felt very confident with Dr. Bull’s decisions. He has always taken the time to discuss any matters or concerns that I had, as well as patiently answer all of my questions, no matter how busy he was at the time. Dr. Bull makes himself available by telephone throughout the day and also in the evenings and on weekends. His number one concern is always for the health and well being of Sparky. He is a very compassionate individual with a love for animals. In fact, I have always commented on the fact that he takes care of my dog so well that I wish I could have him as my own medical doctor! His office staff is highly trained, friendly, and very helpful to each and everyone that walks through his door. I have highly recommended Dr. Bull to my friends and neighbors, and they have come back to thank me for finding such a great veterinarian. Dr. Bull has an excellent reputation in the community and I feel very fortunate to have found such a caring, qualified veterinarian who will always go that extra mile for the health of my dog. |

I was shocked to read the comment about Dr. Bull. He has been my vet for 20 years!!! This man goes above and beyond for the care of any animal. My animals have received the best of care all through these years and many have had life threatening illness, cancer, and etc... With each animal that has been in my life, the care and emotion that Dr. Bull and staff exhibited went above the call of duty. Many times we need to evaluate the animal and not all the outcomes are what we want to hear or see, but we go on for the LOVE of the animal. Blaming a vet for the loss of the animal when circumstances might have been out of everyones hands, including the doctor and owner is not called for. I believe in a God for my animals and maybe it was time for this cat. If so, I hope the cat is up there with the ones that have passed in my life. This doctor has sat with me and grieved my losses. Dr. Bull has shown compassion with all my animals and I only wish that if I were in need of medical advice or need, I could see him instead of some of the HMO doctors I have had to see. I would trust this man with my own life and that is why my animals will continue to see him. We truly love him and his staff. |
