I highly Recommend Dr. Shuwarger and Dr. Dutta.

I believe God used Dr. Shuwarger and Dr. Dutta to save my life in an emergency situation when I could have died and to also otherwise help me medically; they were very kind and compassionate to my needs.

The first time period being treated by Dr. Shuwarger, he was very understanding and I could tell he took time with me and really cared about my needs and wants. A very gifted man who I believe listens to our concerns and addresses them promptly and highly considerately. Really good at what he does as a doctor: excellent bedside manner, highly intelligent, and quick on his feet in any situation.

I did get mad with whoever answered the phone as I was suffering a severe headache, and she was not understanding of what I needed even though I tried to explain it to her. She said the doctors were out and refered me to the hospital (I was already there getting follow-up lab/bloodwork on doctor orders and the nurse there told me to call my doctor probably so I would not have to go to the emergency room where the doctors did not even want to touch me in the emergency situation I had previously been in and had sent me to the other hospital.)  She insisted for me to get the doctor there at the hospital to look at me and prescribe medicine, but I was not there to see the doctor but to get the labwork done. Needless to say, my husband had to talk to her to get the doctor to order the medicine for the headaches. A simple misunderstanding but inconvenient and annoying.

Overall, I gave Dr. Shuwarger the 10 score because there was no separate way to rate his highly skilled practice as a physician and empathetic understanding listener. So I gave him the extra brownie points he deserved. Dr. Shuwarger is one of those doctors who is brilliant and compassionate and willing to spend quality time with his patients.

Thank you Dr. Shuwarger and Dr. Dutta for your excellent care and quality time!
