2011 Dr.Rawdon is a very handsome man.Too cute with a big personality. He seems to like to bullshit alot with his patients, especially the elderly ones, whom seem to love it.I know this because I am in the next room listening to the banter while I AM IN SERIOUS CRISIS.My time is valuable I don't have time to be sick with two childrene at home and a full time job. When I need an appointment I expect to be seen promptly.I don't care what Mr. Jones had for dinner  last night or what exciting plans Dr. Rawdon has planned for his self and his underworked staff. I called his office on Wednesday,February 2,2011,only to find the office was closed due to inclement weather.Wow I did'nt know doctors had snow days, but it really did'nt surprise me since it was Dr. Rawdon's office. They had a doctors exchange number for me to call,so I did.I was informed, after telling the operator my dilenma, that I would be called back within 30 minutes.I waited an hour, surprise,no call back.I called back again to only wait another hour with no call back. I could only cry because my throat was so swollen I could barely talk  or swallow. My temperature was only 103 degrees, I self diagnosed my self with strep throat thanks to wed M.D. on the internet.I couldn't afford to go to the E.R. or UrgiCare, why should when I have a co-pay of only 15.00 for a doctors visit.I finally called my sister who insisted her doctor would be glad to see me. She called her doctor on the other line and made an appointment for me for 45 minutes later. He made the comment,''I did'nt know doctors took snow days''.I was seen and diagnosed with strep throat and given a prescription that day and felt better the next.Would you believe I was NEVER called back by the doctors exchange?

This doctor thinks he can get by with his good looks and probably does.  Well, I truly belive he needs to get his priorities straight because he does nothing for me.  While I wait in his examining room, his is busy chatting with his staff about events pertaining to his personal life and every day things.  Laughing and joking while the patients waits for 45 minutes till he is good and ready to take care of me, when he does and I tell him what is ailing me, he says aside from my diseases, it's all about old age.  I called the office and of course doctors and nurses don't work on week-ends,  I had to call doctors exchange number.  I was told to wait 30 minutes and if the doctor didn't get back to me, to call back.  I called back and was told the same thing and that the doctor had been paged, well guess what?  He didn't get back to me until 4 hours later to tell me to go to the ER.  If I had wanted to go to the ER, I would've done so without bothering to call him, turns out two days later I discovered a lump next to my stomach and I've been complaing to Dr. Rawdon for almost 3 years about these symptoms, and can't find anything wrong with me.  So much for the good care my doctor has given me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
