Dr. Peters and his practice are some of the most professional, efficient physicians I have ever come across. I have been going to this office, off and on, for about 20 years; my husband and his family for even longer.
For a regular visit, there are times when they are booked solid for over a week; however, when the patient feels they are in need of immediate attention, the office always finds a way to fit them in (usually the same day; on rare occasion within 24 hours).
Although a very busy practice, the physicians always take the time to answer any questions the patient may have. They are more than willing to take a few extra minutes to address any concerns (which may alleviate future need for office visits, if you think about it). |
