2006 After asking if they accepted my new Insurance and they said yes I made an appointment, Now I have been seeing this Doctor for over 18 years and I had been loyal to him always paying my outstanding debt with in the time frame, But now I had new Insurance and they said they accepted it, so my son is sick and we go in, the Doctor gives him a shot and prescriptions. 2 months later I get sick I try to make an appointment but they said the Doctor has dropped me for none payment I tell them this is the first I hear of me owing you anything and how can he do this to us after 19 years with him? His staff said well we made a mistake we don't accept you're new insurance so our accounting person in our office said to drop you so we did. They didn't even file it with my new Insurance company I found out a month later then I get a letter from his staff stating that Dr. Hopper can no loner see you due to none payment. This staff member has been trying to get rid of us for a long time she is rude to the patients and I have reported her repeatedly I think it was his staff not him that did this. So now I'm out of a Doctor I live in Georgia now were you have to take you're own life into your hands when you see any Doctor in this state. Oh come to find out my Insurance did pay Dr. Hopper and it was all over $299.00 After I paid them they filed again with my Insurance company and they also paid them.

I had the same thing happen to me with Dr. Hopper. His staff is very rude and they talk bad about the patients out loud after they get through talking to them over the phone. Their accounting person is always making mistakes and it cost us.
