Charles D. Gerson is a Board Certified Gastroenterologist who cares about his profession and patients. I turned to him after another Doctor's protocol sent me to the hospital. I turned to Doctor Gerson for an IBS condition with constipation. He got me off the other doctor's drugs, cleared up my system, suggested a hypnotherapy group which has helped.

After thrity years of dealing with this problem I am finally able to control it with Dr. Gerson's protocols. These are natural and working for me. It takes discipline but the mindbody connection viz. the gut is real. I would recommend Dr. Gerson to anyone experiencing IBS problems. He explains everything, tries to make you aware of what your condition is and how you have to deal with it and possible physical interactions. His staff is very responsive. They call you to reschedule appointments if something comes up and you do not have to wait very long to see the doctor. His fees are reasonable and he does take some HMO plans and medicare. In any case, it is worth paying for a consultation if you are serious about helping yourself and working WITH a doctor instead of a dictator.
