The problem is the Front staff, I am really sure Dr. Patino had before some complains abouts these girls, they have such a bad customer service, really bad attitude. Dr. Patino is really nice but those girls can treat you really bad M. F. 03/09/2008

DR patino me parece ser un buen ser humano y adora su carrera pero las muchachas que trabajan para usted son tan pedantes y groseras no saben la desesperacion de los padres cuando acurrimos a usted ya que nosotros no podemos recetar ni automedicar a nuestros bebes
A rough translation to English:
Dr Patino seems to be a good human being and adores its race but the girls who work for you are so pedantic and crude they do not know the desperation of the acurrimos parents when you since we cannot prescribe nor automedicar to ours you drink
