I feel I was taken care of from the start to the end. I was nervous had many questions and the staff was patient with me and gave me the time to get all my questions out. If there was a question that the employee was not sure of she would get another nurse to help. Dr Bassichis came in to my consult answered my questions and show me how the incision on my would be place. After my consultation with him the nurse took my into the office his the surgery scheduling woman. She gave me a quote and a folder that had so much good infomation in it. She took the time to explain the quote and what the next time steps would be if I was ready to book and if I wasnt that she would be happy to answer any other question or schedule another appointment for me to meet with Dr Bassichis again. I felt that the staff was very helpful not to metion beautiful. I was very happy with my visit and will return for surgery very soon! This is the only doctor that will touch my face.
