There are a few standout nurses and staff members that were great but overall not many pleasant people when I was there and turnaround was high. The worst was the billing department woman. For severe pain from say Failed Back Syndrome, etc. I got adequate care but there were some problems. They never take your vitals and that is clearly not appropriate protocol. Anyone on opiates, CNS depressants, should have vitals done, that is just SOP! I was often given new meds that were not covered by insurance, pushed by reps, and not given time to check. If you need injections, they were usually done without supervision and by a very hyperactive doctor. Often in under 5 minutes where as other offices took a half hour and surround you with staff. I got good results though, the injections worked, but this guy really needs to slow down! Having a nurse in the room with you is req'd especially if you are a woman.
