Dr. Behrstock was the primary care physician for both of my children for 19 years. I found him to be medically cautious, and did not over-prescribe medications. He did not coddle parents and was effective in treating my son and daughter, both in minor and major situations (and there were a few major ones). The referrals to specialists that he made were EXCELLENT. In all cases, the specialists were outstanding practitioners in their field.
Most clinics are crowded and most doctors that are any good at all are overloaded - this is a product of our healthcare and insurance system. I can only say with considerable conviction: if I were a child, I would want Dr. Behrstock for my pediatrician.
