Doctor performed antiquated methods of treating injuries related to a work accident. There were no tests done, she only looked at my problem. No diagnosis, Not friendly or thorough in her examination, did not explain or do any type of treatment. Her staff was beyond rude and when I asked questions they acted like it was a chore to even answer them. It was a hostile environment. The reason I chose this rating for this particular doctor because at my appointment, nothing was done and the overall visit was unprofessional on the Dr's part and the staff.
