Dr. Kanner is fabulous.  He may run late, but he never has made me feel rushed at all when I am in his office.   He takes time to make sure all of my questions are answered and that I understand everything that we've talked about.   If I've had questions outside of clinic hours, when he is in town, he gets back to me quickly.

My family and I have had problems with Marlis, which Dr. Kanner knows of and has never made me see her again.   I don't even remember now what the straw that broke the camels back was.   I think I had an appointment with her before I briefly saw Dr. Kanner, and she was running late, and my family and I had somewhere to be at.  She did not appear to care that we had a lot to do that day, my husband was not happy, and she basically told us to leave.   She has known me for 7 or 8 yrs, and I know Dr. Kanner very well; the way she treated me was unacceptable and uncalled for.   As I said somewhere up there, Dr. Kanner knows that, and always puts on the follow up paperwork to see him- not Marlis.
