Dr. Bustillo spent a lot of time with me during the rhinoplasty consultation. It was very informative and impressive without being pushy. He was knowledgeable and confident, and he listened to exactly what I wanted and then gave his opinion. I couldn’t have asked for better work to be done. Dr. Bustillo has innate talent and artistry about him. He did a wonderful job and the results are better than I could have asked for. There hasn’t been one single negative aspect of any of this! I think that overall, the experience is modern and streamlined and exactly what you would want out of the experience. |

Before the Septoplasty and Rhinoplasty, everyone at Dr. Bustillo’s office gave me a bunch of instructions and let me know that they were there for me throughout the entire process no matter what. I would contact them and they would let me know what to expect, so I was mentally prepared and nothing was a surprise. Everything went really smoothly and it wasn’t as difficult as I thought it would be. I love my new nose and the breathing is amazing!

I was in really good hands with Dr. Bustillo and his staff. I not only trusted them with my appearance, I trusted them with my life going through the surgery. I had never done anything like that before and was scared in the beginning, but throughout the process I was reassured. Dr. Bustillo called me before and after my Rhinoplasty surgery to see how I was doing. He’s very talkative so I didn’t feel like he was a doctor at all, I felt like he was a friend. My results are exactly what I expected, and he worked hard toward achieving the happiness that I wanted. |

I got a really good feeling from Dr. Bustillo. I had a good rapport and felt that he was honest, and that he was going to give me his best. After my Rhinoplasty I had your typical mouth swelling and a little bit of pain, but nothing major. It all healed well and I can’t really tell much of a difference. Even my own mother was like, “You look a little different. Did you have Botox?” So that’s a really good sign. Plus, his price was really good compared to other doctors, which was shocking even though he’s a specialist. |

Dr. Bustillo’s team he has in his North Miami office is absolutely amazing. I have not seen that good a crew, that warm atmosphere and supportive group of people, in a doctor’s office in many, many years. I was at high risk for surgery and they were very sensitive to it, they were very careful about how they planned the surgery. Even at the last minute, even though it was originally clear that it could have been done in the outpatient center, the anesthesiologists were concerned and wanted me admitted, which was the right move. They moved mountains in order to make sure I had my surgery in a timely way; they went way above and beyond. They were incredibly supportive and took my medical issues very seriously. You are handled very well and they make you feel like they care about you from the minute they meet you right on all the way through, and it's genuine. |

I could have not asked for a better doctor than Dr.Bustillo!! I had a septorhinoplasty done with and now I can breathe perfectly and my nose came out amazing!!! He is such a perfectionist and I love that about him! his office is so clean and his staff is awesome! Dr.Bustillo and his staff are very caring and always there willing to help! if you are thinking of getting plastic surgery done with him, don't think twice!
