I guess I was expecting a lot more since I read some pretty good reviews. I came from a wonderful dentist that was extrememly thorough with state of the art equipment. The nurse did not do a thorough cleaning, even skipping teeth when she couldn't get the floss in as quickly as she wanted. No one checked for gum disease with a periodontal probe. The doctor didn't really even look into my mouth. I asked about whitening and he babbled on about A2, B3 blah blah blah...but didn't show me what colors those numbers resembled and what color my teeth would be after the procedure. I had to even ask about the uv lightening system because he only wanted to talk about the tray system. I left feeling I didn't get the six month checkup both my insurance and I paid for. In six more months I will try again with another dentist. |
