2009 - 2010 |
This is not a office of care, this is a patient mill with the focus of get 'em in, get them medicated, get 'em out. While they follow the Hippocratic oath of 'do no harm', they also do not provide any type of care that can be described as quality. The staff I dealt with in 18 months with this clinic do not listen to patients. This includes Dr. Sidhu, her PA and her staff. From what I have seen, they allot 10 minutes per patient, no matter what the complaint. If you go over your 10 minutes, they immediately 'shut off' until you shut up so they can leave. And if you have a billing issue, which are COMMON, forget about getting it resolved. They do not admit they make errors, do not call back when promised, and even if one physically goes to the office to discuss, nobody ever seems to be in. Dr. Sidhu does not even pretend to listen to patients or have any interest in working with her patients on creating a care plan. She cares about her bottom line and her focus is on how little time she can spend with each patient. She has no concept of quality care, she does not tolerate questions and makes up her mind on your medications within your first sentence. Questions, concerns, issues? Forget about even asking. Reaction to medications after you leave the office? Neither Dr. Sidhu or her staff will bother to return a call. Need a refill? They direct you to your pharmacy, but never call them back, and refuse to deal with mail order at all. Errors in billing or your chart? Met with a shrug and indifference, and no action toward correction is taken. I was thrilled when I found a close office with easy appoinment availability. I now know why they are so open - they don't build patient relationships. I would rather wait 4 weeks to see a physician that cares than be able to get in 'right away' for a non-critical issue and be given the brush off after 10 minutes. |
