Dr. Ogunrinde and Dr. Tatia Johnson are great doctors with nice personalities. They have a natural love for kids and do an excellent job. The nurse practioner doesn't seem to be too knowledgable about serious illnesses and treatment of serious problems....and is unfamiliar with some common drugs that are prescribed to children. Most of her office staff is very unprofessional and rude. This office has a bad accounting system and often tries to balance bill you for 'insurance write off amounts' and make sure you keep all of your reciepts because they will often contact you by mail about unpaid balances/copays which you have already paid. They will demand that you pay the same amount all over again... (the office manager Patty has some horrible record keeping skills.... hang on to your reciepts as proof). The staff needs to be trained on how to be professional and courteous to patients...especially a white female in the office who has been there for years (and just returned from maternity leave)... she is exceptionally rude... will pretend she doesn't see you at the checkin/checkout window... never speaks and always is prefering personal calls or gossiping about patients with fellow office staff instead of waiting on/assisting patients. She is often heard stating 'I don't care... I am not doing that....' she seems to have a bad attitude and doesn't want to work... maybe she should try a different occupation because after several visits to this office and seeing her behavior be the same... it appears she doesn't like her job working with the public/patients. |
