wow I would never take my kids to this Doctor! I have heard about this Doctor before from a few people from work!!! Research any Doctor  you take your children to see.....

Response by Annetter on 03/10/10, 4:01 pm:

My daughter was a patient of Dr Barbara Baldwin and I am completely dissatissfied with her service and unprofessionalism. I have been bringing my daughter there for a bad cough for over 6 weeks and Never once did she Think of sending my daughter in for xrays to examine her chest, even after I told her she had bronchialitis at 4 months. On my last visit to her I expressed extreme concern for my 8 month old because she has had a fever for two days , was pulling on her left ear, and had bad cough for more than 6 weeks- She refused to completely examine my child then asked me if I had a doctorate degree when I questioned why she didn't completely examine her !I told her my child needs some type of antibiotics and I asked her to explain to me why she still had symptoms that to me showed some type of infection?! Her response to me appauled me. She refused to prescribe any meds and then she attempted to insult me telling me I am not a doctor and shouldnt question her. Needless to say, I brought my daughter to the Arnold Palmer Hospital the same day and was told she has an ear infection and bronchialitis again (after a chest xray). How can people in this position that are here supposedly there to help you get your child better refuse to do their job?! I hope no one ever has to go through the nightmare I endured with this doctor. I am filing a complaint with the Board of medical reviews/divison of medical quality assurance. This doctor has proven to me she is very neglectful and disrespectful. I was Completely disgusted with her performance.

Dr. Swan of the Sherwood Hall Medical Building. Doctor Dwan is an excellent doctor that you can count on to do the right thing.  I highly recommend him.  I have gone back to him for years. ...

Response by BTA on 03/09/10, 2:07 pm:

I had a bad experience with Dr. Swan's office.  The front staff at the doctors office lacks customer service, is rude and can be very offensive.  They are not flexible nor do they offer their patients assistence in trying to resolve claims issues or answer questions regarding their statements.  Until their approach changes Dr. Swan will continue to lose patients instead of gaining via referral from existing patients. One other point, Dr. Swan doesnt make an attempt to determine what is causing the problem he just perscribes medicine to treat the symptoms.

You're right. He is an eye doctor. Labeling himself as a plastic surgeon is a joke. Real plastic surgeons have to go thru 6-7 years of training after medical school which dr. bassin did not go thru.

Response by GBorchi on 03/08/10, 8:34 pm:

Mangubat, I guess you can’t read English because you keep expecting me to contact you when I have stated several times I have no intention of being your patient again!! Let’s be clear about a few things: -    I was BUTCHERED once by you as your patient. Therefore, I WILL NEVER BE YOUR PATIENT AGAIN!! Even if you were to offer your services for free, NEVER AGAIN!!! -    Yes, I have posted my story on many websites. MAKE NO MISTAKE: I will let the whole world know how YOU BUTCHERED MY HEAD and at the same time PROTECT MY PRIVACY!!! That is why I have posted my story on many websites under aliases. You thought you could do A TOTALLY INCOMPETENT AND HORRIBLE JOB on me, leave me SCARRED AND DISFIGURED, and just move on with your life. WELL, THINK AGAIN!!! I WILL post HONESTLY and COMPLETELY my HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE as your patient!!! Hopefully as many people as possible will read my experience, know that what you did to me was sheer INCOMPETENCE, and learn from it. You make wild accusations of me being a “common character assassin” with ABSOLUTELY NO EVIDENCE to back up your claim. On the other hand, regarding my claims about you, let’s be CLEAR on a few things: - Did you deny performing Brandy type scalp reduction surgeries that leave a LARGE HORSE SHOW or V-shaped scar ALL OVER THE HEAD, from one temple to the crown and back to the other temple? NO! To REFRESH your memory: http://regrowth.com/hairloss-conferences/world_association_hair_replacement_surgeons/1996/whs_1996_review.cfm From the regrowth website: “a Brandy-style scalp lift with preservation of the occipital neurovascular bundle by Dr. Tony Mangubat, with assistance from Dr. Carlos Puig;” - Did you deny that Doctor Brandy was SUED and paid damages for performing such surgeries? NO! Here are the links in CASE YOU MISSED them yet again!! http://community.seattletimes.nwsource.com/archive/?date=19960915&slug=2349352  http://nl.newsbank.com/nl-search/we/Archives?p_product=PG&p_theme=pg&p_action=search&p_maxdocs=200&p_topdoc=1&p_text_direct-0=0EADFA0E15FC891D&p_field_direct-0=document_id&p_perpage=10&p_sort=YMD_date:D&s_trackval=GooglePM - Did you deny that you wrote the paper greatly praising the scalp reduction procedures that result in huge scars on the scalp? NO! ALL you can do is make wild accusations of me being an “assassin” for a competitor with NO BASIS IN FACT!! You are indeed PATHETIC!!! LET ME BE CLEAR: In all my postings, I have never and will never represent anyone other than myself. Unlike your totally false and “factless” accussations, I have plenty of FACTS (YES FACTS!) to support my claims, including the articles WHICH I ALREADY provided links to above. Again, REPEATING the links, hopefully you’ll see them this time! http://community.seattletimes.nwsource.com/archive/?date=19960915&slug=2349352 http://nl.newsbank.com/nl-search/we/Archives?p_product=PG&p_theme=pg&p_action=search&p_maxdocs=200&p_topdoc=1&p_text_direct-0=0EADFA0E15FC891D&p_field_direct-0=document_id&p_perpage=10&p_sort=YMD_date:D&s_trackval=GooglePM http://regrowth.com/hairloss-conferences/world_association_hair_replacement_surgeons/1996/whs_1996_review.cfm
