Leavitt Family Medicine is a Full-Service Family Medicine Practice owned by Dr. Paul J. Leavitt. Our Practice specializes in providing Excellent Health Care for Seniors, Adults, and Children. Dr. Leavitt was Voted Best Family Physician in Sumner County. He was also recognized with the National Patients Choice Award. Leavitt Family Medicine provides 24-hour doctor on call services for patients. Patients are encouraged to call anytime if they have questions or need to speak with a physician. Dr. Leavitt also does inpatient hospital visits, nursing home visits and house calls. Weekend and Evening appointments are available as needed. Dr. Leavitt currently serves as Chief of Family Practice for Hendersonville Medical Center. Leavitt Family Medicine is Now Accepting New Patients.
