Why do these LASIK eye doctors have a criminal spammer making websites for them? The following video shows one of the records kept by Spamhaus - ROKSO:

The spammer sells a service to hide negative comments from the public. Unfortunately for his clients, he does a poor job at that. He has tried to hide what people have said about the doctors. Back in 2006, a blogger at matchent.com observed how Stanley worked for doctors.

He has a lot of doctors (dentists, cosmetic surgeons, some "LASIK" guys etc.) as customers, a quick search implicates some of them are trying to hide cases of malpractice and tax fraud.

Yeah, if you care about your reputation, you might want to distance yourself from Stanley. Stanley was brought to my attention a couple years ago after Dr. William Boothe sent me an email demanding I remove comments about him at this website. As of this date, Dr. Boothe is the only doctor that has ever "sued" me in court and his court actions are in progress. William Stanley, I believe, is behind threatening phone calls and emails, hacking attacks against this website and is behind writing lies about me and other innocent people all over the internet. He thinks he will make me censor what people have written about his clients on this website. Or, maybe he doesn't care what happens, as long as he gets paid by his naive clients. Unfortunately for his clients, he is only making them look worse.

Here's a tip: A self-respecting doctor would NEVER hire a criminal spammer to run their public relations.

Investigation

I am continuing my investigations into this spammer. Can you help? Already, others have shared helpful information. Thank you. Since he and Dr. Boothe continue to attack what this website stands for, I am gathering evidence to prosecute him for criminal actions. If you have any evidence you would like to share, please leave a message or contact me. What I specifically need is: William Stanley's address so he can be summoned to court. Also, you may share evidence of other crimes he has committed.

A previous patient of Dr. Boothe has communicated with me that there is an interest in starting a class-action lawsuit against Dr. Boothe. The patient actually said they specifically want his medical license taken away. If Dr. Boothe is successful with his subpoena of deposition and legally forces me to reveal what I know about the identities of people that have commented about him on this website, then those people will have each other's identities and could work together to take action against this doctor. If you have not yet commented on this website about Dr. Boothe, but are interested in a class-action lawsuit, contact me and I can put you in contact with the others.

We could also consider filing a complaint with the Texas Medical Board. Maybe they would take action against Boothe. They did fine him $1,000 a few years ago for his advertising methods.

As long as Dr. Boothe and "William Stanley" are actively pursuing me, this issue is in the forefront for me personally. If they went away, I would likely focus on other issues. I am really amazed that a person who shows the mental aptitude to make it through medical school would handle his PR like this. I mean, I know Dr. Boothe is smart in some areas, but maybe it's time to start a different marketing strategy for your LASIK business.
